Roxscapes
is a photography memorial/store, dedicated to my wife and twin flame, Roxanne,
who transitioned from this planet on 9-24-2007. She was amazing and loved
everything about life, especially landscape photography. Our plan was to retire
as landscape photographers, but we didn't quite make it. We did however, go on
quite a few photo expeditions. These are Roxanne's photos. If you look carefully,
you can see the beauty of her soul in each shot. My photos are available here,
as well, inspired by Roxanne's beauty and her passion for photography. I continue
to honor her in all I do, especially as I look at nature through her eyes. Here
are photos of Roxanne doing what she loved to do. She was a joy to watch,
to know, to love...
These are the photos
that were taken in the two sacred locations where I scattered Roxanne's ashes
in Sedona. Have included some with Roxanne present, as well, so you can get
a feel for how much she loved Sedona. Seeing her beauty and joy in each photo
(while searching through over 40,000) and remembering each occasion was at once
wonderful and heart wrenching. She was the kindest, most peaceful soul I ever
knew, and was truly happy when she was out in nature pursuing her passion for
photography, especially in Sedona, where our soul memories run so deep. The plan
was to make enough money with my crazy projects, so she could follow her dreams
always and never have to work again. God knows I tried, but I guess it wasn't
meant to be this time... The disorganized
looking rock house with the cross was the place Roxanne intuitively led us to
years ago, and as it turns out, we spent at least one past life there. You can
see Cathedral Rock in the background in some of the perspectives, two including
Roxanne. The knoll where we lived is above Oak Creek at The Crossings. I clearly
remember her standing at the water with our three small children. The other photos
are deep inside Boynton Canyon where we also spent past lives, maybe even part
of the same one. The rock houses there look like they may have been partially
reconstructed. Roxanne's presence was mystical when I scattered the ashes. That's
where I almost stepped on the rattlesnake. Roxanne knew I loved the edge, and
probably sent me that gift. Roxanne
got up in the morning with a smile, went to bed with a smile, and always looked
for opportunities to laugh. She didn't care about anything material. She was always
doing for others, at the expense of doing for herself, and she always did it joyfully.
She handled the cancer privately with strength beyond my understanding, and all
the while said she was going to beat it and stay. Somewhere deep inside, though,
her soul knew the truth. I suppose that's why she came to me in a lucid dream
three weeks before she passed, and said she was going home. She never complained
about anything, and took everything in stride. Not sure what I ever did to deserve
her, but sure am glad I did it. She was in physical form, but she was not of this
world... Here
are some of the photos that Roxanne took. Photography for Sale: Click
