Trumpet lessons

Lynn Nicholson of Las Vegas, Nevada continues to give trumpet lessons to those genuinely interested in acquiring an extraordinary upper register. To be clear, the trumpet lessons will deal only with the physical aspects of trumpet performance. Maynard
Ferguson from the 1950s will be the benchmark for sound and range. The instruction will be very intense. Lynn will assess your playing apparatus and show you how to optimize it for maximum range and endurance. In addition, Lynn will demonstrate the
concepts and show you how to incorporate them safely in your playing schedule. Much of what Lynn will show you is likely opposite to what you have learned thus far, so you will need a very open mind. Lynn’s rate is $150 for 2 hours, or $100 for 1 hour. Lynn recommends 2 hours the first time, since you will be covering lots of ground.

Webcam lessons are now available (via Skype) in many cases and follow the same pricing schedule. A brief test is performed to determine feasibility.
